3. Design of a vaccine against tuberculosis based on structural antigens. Evaluation of its effictiveness on murine experimental models. Immunotherapy treatment of the M. tuberculosis infection.
4. Studies in protection mechanisms generated by a vaccine when used in the immunotherapy treatment of latent tuberculous infection. Evolution of TCD8 lymphocytes populations in the tuberculous murine experimental model. Selection of the best clones for a synthetic vaccine development.
5. Preclinical and clinical evaluation of a post-exposure TB vaccine. Grand Challenge Consortium, funded the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, from 2005 to 2009.
6. Evaluation of the toxiciy and effectiveness of therapeutic vaccines against the latent tuberculous infeccion on experimental models of animal infection.
7. Evaluation of the prophylactic and therapeutic of 2d generation vaccines, based on the Mycobacterium tuberculosis phoP gene desactivation
